Wow, another year of summer camp! This is unreal, I feel so grown up being in Boys 8 now. If you don't know, it's tradition for Boys 8 to challenge Girls 1 to Limbo. Consequence, Dinner Dates, which pretty much means no matter what we still get to enjoy time eating dinner with these amazing girls half our age. But it really brought something to my eye, they are full of joy, no worries in the world. They don't have to worry about their GPA, taking time off of work, summer work, and just the struggles of being a young adult in the world. It is so refreshing to be away from the world. I have also made a new friend. I don't think she knows how much I appreciate her but her name is Mia and she is 8 years old in cabin 1. During our dinner date, she was so polite and well mannered. Parents of Mia from Cabin 1, Thank You for raising such an amazing little child of God. She is so inspiring to just let the worries fly away and just be a bundle of joy. So here we go again Camp Swamp, Another blog by Grant Eargle. But one last thing, we have a mascot of Boys 8 and has become pretty famous across camp. It is a Box Turtle named Tortilla, we love him very much! Signing out! ILY Camp :)
