Better Together!

Hello again, friends! Welcome back to the blog! It’s the very first blog of a new month! It feels like 2023 is totally flying by. (But hey- that just means we’re one week closer to Camp starting back up for the summer!)

This past weekend, I got to have a really encouraging talk with one of my roommates, Julie! (For those of you who don’t know her, she actually wrote the blog before I did!) It got me thinking about how God has really used Camp to completely change my life. The two women that I live with now are actually sisters that I met several years ago at Camp. Because of the connections we made back when we were campers and counselors, and because of God’s perfect plan and timing, we’re all living together as adults!

This is especially cool to me because we all grew up in different states- hours away from each other. But we all ended up in the same spot and I am so grateful!!

As I was thinking about this, I also thought about how I am probably one of many people that have lifelong connections because of the way God brought us together at Camp. I mentioned it a little last week, but I really have been thinking about how Camp has allowed me to connect with people, younger and older, near or far! I think it would be encouraging for us to hear stories like that. :)
